Glenarm Estate, along with our producer members, is producing some of the world’s finest beef.  Our multi award winning beef is aged for 28 days in a Himalayan salt chamber and sold to some of the finest restaurants across Europe. We are exclusive suppliers of beef to Fortnum and Mason. We are in the enviable position that demand significantly outstrips supply. The uniqueness of our beef will ensure that it will never be viewed as a commodity and will always receive a premium price. 

We are constantly seeking new beef producers of calves and finished animals to be marketed under the Glenarm Shorthorn Beef brand.
